I have been working in the field of mental health since 2015. I am a proud Mexican-American and member of the LGBTQIA+ community. My passion is to help people find and develop skills which will allow them to overcome their challenges. I believe all people are unique and therapy is not a “One size fits all”. Because you will be bringing in your own unique set of experiences, I will meet you where you are. My therapy style is very eclectic, as I like to take aspects of different therapy modalities to fit each person's individual needs. •MY MISSION• My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment for positive mental health. That includes accepting you for who you are, and allowing you to begin and progress at your own pace. I will not try to rush you or push you to speak on things you are not comfortable with. If your goal is to start slow, we will. If your hopes are to jump right in, I am ready for that too. I am here to help you get to where you would like to be. •LOCATION• I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California, which means I practice and work with clients throughout the entire state of California, either in person or through the use of a secure video conferencing platform.
